Job Responsibilities:
-Region S&OE plan management including S&OE accuracy, distant training online and business trip training/support for new workers;
-Master inventory system and able to analyze inventory data, communicate with planners of different countries to locate problems and formulate countermeasures;
-Understand basic product knowledge and manage special product demand & supply balance; communicate with sales department and headquarter supply chain to guarantee supply safety of special product.
-Knowledge summarization and transfer knowledge to others, be a skilled worker first and then a professional teacher on own fileds.
-Project management of demand & supply balance on top projects, get data by meetings or analysis and summarize key information for management team.

Candidate Requirements:
-To be flexible when confronting challenges.
-Have strong logic and data analysis skills, better to have skill/experience on PowerPoint; have strong will to present ideas;
-Able to adapt to challenges and pressure; Able to learn and finish job independently
-Have experience on skill of IT tools like Power BI, able to learn and develop tools according to design.
-Open minded, Good interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills in multi-culture organizations.
-Good comprehension capability, not just follow schedule but also think and formulate strategy independently,
-Preferable students Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Studies/Administration/Management or related discipline.
