Responsibilities

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
-Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
-Experience sourcing and assessing technical talent; familiarity with niche technical roles and frontline sales/customer-facing positions is an added advantage.
-Strong skills in offer negotiation, knowledge of employment legislation, and awareness of market trends.
-Excellent relationship management skills with hiring teams and business partners.
