Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing customer accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and professional support.

Provide prompt and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct daily sales calls and proactively share product updates, promotions, and offers with assigned customers.

Feedback market info, identify new business opportunities, and develop potential customer accounts to drive business growth.

Able to work under pressure.

Great telephone etiquette.

Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to speak Mandarin will have added advantage due to language flexibility.
