Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Head of Sales & Partnership

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Type: Full-Time

⭐ Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, drive sales growth, and establish long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.

Presentations & Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling product/service presentations and tailored proposals to prospective clients and key decision-makers.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close sales deals efficiently and effectively.

Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to recommend product or service improvements.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.



✅ Requirements and Skills

Experience: Proven work experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or relevant role, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product value clearly and persuasively.

Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Sales Aptitude: A deep passion for sales, a results-driven approach, and a high level of self-motivation and ambition.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Travel: Ability to travel within Klang Valley and outstation to meet clients and attend events.
