As Technical / Operation Support , you will be responsible for the day-to-day project execution from various clients. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, operation & maintenance
• To ensure all related operations activities are performed in compliance with company standards, processes, regulations and procedures
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate issues to Supervisors
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.
• Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.
• Working closely with either internal technical/software team or external clients/user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least SPM with 1 year working experience or Diploma or Degree.
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to learn and work on shift, weekends & public holidays.
• Customer-oriented person
• Must possess your own transportation
