Job Purpose:

To support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, qualifications and cultural fit.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes, work permits, and other related documentation in compliance with government regulations.

Liaise with government agencies to ensure smooth processing of work passes.

Maintaining and updating the company's recruitment databases and tracking systems.

Providing HR support and advice to both new and existing employees as needed.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and changes in employment legislation.

To perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
