Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in recruitment activities and interview coordination.
-Support onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
-Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, contracts, and letters.
-Manage leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
-Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
-Provide support during HR audits and disciplinary processes.
-Coordinate HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training programmes.
-Handle employee inquiries professionally and efficiently.
