Job Descriptions:
-Handle admin related tasks.
-Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
-Maintain efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical
-Carry out administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
-Assist in the planning and execution of company meetings and events
-To do simple translations (Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin).
-To provide administrative support to other departments as required
-Able to multitask.
-Responsible in any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:
-Must possess at least SPM, STPM/Diploma in any discipline.
-Preferably with at least 1 year experience in similar capacity. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Able to follow instructions and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
-Willing to work on 5.5 days per week.
-Able to start work immediately.
