Description
-Perform daily administrative tasks, data entry and document handling.
-Perform telemarketing and emails in a polite, professional manner
-Assist customers with inquiries, maintain, and manage customer information in the system
-Create training schedules track and create reports on outcomes and maintain training records for the company.
-Coordinate and arrange the program and present to all clients.
-Assist in creating social media content and have basic knowledge in IT.

Requirements
-Minimum SPM/ Diploma or equivalent
-Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
-Have an experienced at least 1 year in administration or a similar role is preferred.
-Computer literate
-Good attitudes towards work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Responsible, pleasant and independent personality
-MUST possess own transport .
