Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial statements.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables and settlement of payables.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems and processes.



Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
