Job Description:

· Design marketing material such as posters, flyers and digital advertisements.

· Create 3D festive decoration concepts and designs.

· Develop creative content for social media platforms with an understanding of current digital marketing trends.

· Responsible for setup and dismantling of festive decorations, events and activities.

· Assist in photography, videography, and video editing during mall events and functions for social media posts and content creation.

· Assist in updating the company website content for the Mall’s and other required properties for promotion and marketing purposes.

· Assist HODs on all marketing and promotion material for Mall’s and retail properties.

· Available to travel for festive decor setup and coordination.

· Liaise with external contractors to coordinate decoration setup, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

· Carry out duties and responsibilities related to Marketing & Leasing Department as assigned by the superior.
