Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tender projects and construction contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers and design consultants to secure future collaborations.

Ability to establish connections with local governments or relevant authorities.

Act as the primary liaison between the company and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance brand visibility.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related field.

1–5 years of proven experience in business development or marketing within the construction and property industry.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, design consultants, local governments and relevant authorities.

Strong knowledge of construction project execution.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel as required.
