Responsibilities:

Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and progress claims based on site observations.

Assist in preparing and managing interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.

Collaborate with the site team to evaluate variations and assess potential cost impacts.

Assist in drafting reports and documentation for cost tracking and analysis.

Provide support in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.

Assist in on-site measurement of works and verification of quantities to ensure accuracy.



Requirements:

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or related fields in building or construction management.

Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Optimistic, keen to learn and growth.
