Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Franchisee and Branches Support & Consultation
Act as the primary liaison between Headquarters and franchisee centres.
Provide professional guidance to centre principals on daily operations, staffing, student enrolment, and performance improvement.
Support franchisee centres in resolving operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.

2. Quality Assurance
Conduct regular centre visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and quality benchmarks.
Prepare detailed visit reports and follow up on corrective actions and improvement plans with centres.

3. Communication & Coordination
Communicate centre needs, concerns, and requests clearly to relevant HQ departments.
Foster strong, professional relationships with franchisees to maintain alignment, trust, and long-term collaboration.

4. Training & Development
Organise and conduct operational trainings, briefings, and meetings for franchisees and centre teams.
Ensure franchisees are updated on new policies, procedures, systems, and company initiatives.

5. Data Management & Reporting
Collect, review, and analyse operational data from centres to monitor performance and identify trends.
Prepare reports on centre performance, visit findings, and follow-up action status for management review.

6. Project & Event Coordination
Assist in planning and executing company-led events such as exhibitions, concerts, graduations, and training sessions.
Collaborate with internal departments to support projects and initiatives assigned by the Head of Department.

7. Development Objective (Trainee Focus)
Gain comprehensive exposure to education centre operations, franchise management, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.
Develop leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in preparation for future supervisory or managerial roles.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in education centres, tuition centres, kindergartens, or schools (mandatory).

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field.

Strong understanding of classroom operations, student management, and parent communication.

Willingness to travel for centre visits and on-site support.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Basic data analysis and reporting skills.

Ability to adapt from a teaching role into an operational and management-focused role.
