What you'll be doing
-Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
-Manage office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance
-Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general inquiries
-Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, service providers, and external agencies
-Support management with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks
-Prepare business correspondence such as letters, reports, emails, quotations, and follow-ups, including payment collection
-Issue invoices, delivery orders, and basic e-invoices upon work completion
-Monitor and schedule renewal-related matters
-Maintain accurate records for contracts, agreements, and project documentation
-Assisting with various office tasks and projects as needed


What we're looking for
-Proven experience as an Accounts Cum Admin Assistant or a similar role
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
-Excellent organisational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
