Job Responsibilities
-Arrange instalment payments (hire purchase, leasing, utility bills, etc.).
-Handling Petty Cash
-Management Report preparation. (Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet Statement, Trial Balance, Debtor Ageing, Creditor Ageing)
-Forecast Cash Flow
-Prepare monthly journal such as Accruals, Prepayment, Fixed Assets depreciation, and etc.
-Liase with auditor and tax agent regarding Year Ended Audit and Tax submission
-SST Submission and Payment preparation before due
-Withholding Tax Payment
-Bank Reconciliation
-Break-Even Point (BEP) Calculation
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.

What you’ll need to be successful in the role:
-Proficient in SQL Accounting System
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
-Able to complete work properly within the specified deadline
-Handle all company-related documents accurately, carefully and privately.
-Self-motivated, responsible, team-friendly, and obedient to superiors. 自
-Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-At least five years of relevant work experience.
