What you'll be doing
-Proactively identify and engage with potential buyers for the company's residential property developments
-Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the developments
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to both prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
-Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline, and provide regular progress reports
-Contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the residential property sector
-Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
-Good understanding of the local property market and relevant industry regulations
-Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for real estate
-Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
