Job Requirements
-Minimum SPM; Diploma or higher is an advantage.
-Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
-Proficient in Mandarin and English is preferred (for communication with clients and internal teams).
-Strong computer skills; MS Office (Excel & Word) proficiency preferred.
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
-Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
-Work 5.5days

Responsibilities
Goods Handling & Inventory Support
-Verify incoming goods for accuracy in quantity and specifications.
-Ensure outgoing orders match customer purchase lists.
-Maintain proper records of goods received and dispatched.

Administrative & Coordination Duties
-Perform daily administrative and operational tasks.
-Accurately enter data into the company’s database/CRM system.
-Assist in coordinating tasks with other departments for smooth operations.
-Provide support in basic purchasing or supplier follow-ups when needed.
-Complete other tasks assigned by management or team leaders to ensure efficiency.
