Requirements
-Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
-Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining organized records.
-Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
-Support the accounts team in daily accounting operations, including processing invoices and payments.
-Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
-Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
-Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support the annual audit process.
-Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

-Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
