What you'll be doing
-Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
-Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements
-Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
-Provide excellent customer service and support to retain and grow existing accounts
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
-Prepare sales reports and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
-Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and network with potential clients

What we're looking for
-3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the chemicals industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels
-Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and close deals
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
-Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with sales management tools
-Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
