Position: Admin Executive (Based in KL office, required to work on-site at Johor project as needed ）
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
负责公司行政的综合事务，保障项目日常运作顺畅
Handle comprehensive administrative duties to ensure smooth daily project operations.

具体工作内容包括 / Key responsibilities include:

负责项目期间日常行政事务及提供后勤支持
Manage daily site administrative matters and provide logistical support throughout the project.

项目物资采购与管理，项目文件处理、归档
Procure and manage project materials; handle and file project documents.

协助安排人员的住宿、交通等生活安置
Assist in arranging staff accommodation, transportation, and other living arrangements.

负责项目团队日常的人文关怀工作，作为中马员工沟通的桥梁
Provide daily welfare support for the project team and act as a communication bridge between Chinese and Malaysian staff.



任职要求 / Requirements
大专或以上学历，金融、人力资源或相关专业优先
Diploma or above in any field; majors in Finance, Human Resources, or related disciplines are preferred.

熟悉马来西亚劳动法律法规
Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

精通马来语，良好的中英文书写及口语能力
Proficient in Malay, with good command of both Mandarin and English.

具备良好的沟通、协调、团队合作及抗压能力
Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and stress management skills.
