Position Title: Project Coordinators

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tender files

Support sales team with technical and commercial proposal, agency agreement and other documents related preparation.

Oversee end-to-end project execution coordination, including tracking the implementation of contractual terms, collating tender-related project documentation, organizing resources

Act as a core support to facilitate seamless workflow and cross-team synergy across project stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering/electronic/IT field or relevant experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft product.

Good command of English, speaking and written

Ability to understand and convey complex technical information.

Previous experience in data center industry is an added advantages.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
