This role will be hired under the construction arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Construction Sdn Bhd.

OSK Construction is responsible for construction and project execution, mainly for OSK Group’s property development projects and selected external jobs.

We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Mechanical & Electrical to support our high-rise development project in Section 13, Shah Alam.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

To estimate manpower requirements, supplies and materials needed and make requisition. To ensure proper storage and minimize wastage.

To liaise with consultant and authorities on M&E works and with C&S staff on all building works in connection with M&E works.

To conduct and take lead in M&E subcontractors meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.

To ensure all M&E work are carried out as scheduled and in accordance to drawings and specifications.

To recommend improvement and modification in design and construction techniques where necessary.

To coordinate and obtain approval for all sample submission and shop drawings from consultants. Propose method statements on job requirements..

To monitor and keep a daily record of all activities at the construction site. Assist superior in preparation of reports for record and Management’s review.

To keep proper record of quality assurance form/ inspection form.

To ensure safety and health requirements are complied.

To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

ETESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

SKM or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any relevant courses.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as M&E Supervisor in the construction industry, especially for High-Rise projects.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Able to read and interpret M&E drawings, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical distribution, ELV systems, etc.
