This role will be responsible for coordinating all Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Architectural works for projects undertaken by the Company.

To be eligible for this role, you will require :

Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.

Knowledge of computer (MS Office) is essential, proficient in CAD.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities will be :

To produce pre-construction technical planning drawing using CAD and Microsoft Office software.

To produce multiple design coordination drawing, check dimension and materials using CAD software.

To produce design drawing from rough sketches and specifications using CAD software.

To produce shop drawing and as-built drawing using CAD software.

To ensure proper documentation and filing of Planning Department not limited to ECI (Property/Construction & Tender), PPS, reports and proposals.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
