We are looking for an Architectural Coordinator to join our team and oversee architectural coordination for our landed township project.

Your tasks & responsibilities will be :

To estimate manpower requirements, supplies and materials needed and make requisition to ensure proper storage and minimize wastage.

To liaise with consultant and authorities on Architectural works and with C&S & M&E staff on all building works in connection with Architectural works.

To conduct and take lead in Architectural subcontractors meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.

To ensure all Architectural work are carried out as scheduled and in accordance to drawings and specifications.

To recommend improvement and modification in design and construction techniques where necessary.

To coordinate and obtain approval for all sample submission and shop drawings from consultants and propose method statements on job requirements.

To monitor and keep a daily record of all activities at the construction site and to assist superior in preparation of reports for record and Management’s review.

To keep proper record of quality assurance form / inspection form.

To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments.

To check drawings in terms of accuracy and discrepancy.

To carry out any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.


To be eligible for this role, you will require :

Diploma or Degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering/Construction Management or any related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination at construction stage, preferably with landed residential project.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and buildability requirements.

Able to coordinate closely with subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications

Familiar with materials, finishes, detailing, and practical construction methods for landed houses

Able to manage deadlines and ensure construction progress aligns with architectural deliverables.
