Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire construction process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines

Lead and supervise all site installation activities for volumetric modules (lifting, positioning, alignment, connection works) carry out by General Contractors.

Plan and manage daily site operations, ensuring efficient sequencing of module delivery, cranage, assembly, and finishing works.

Coordinate with production teams for module delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies or defects on arrival.

Ensure correct execution of module-to-module interfaces (structural, MEP, waterproofing, façade connections, roof installation).

Ensure all works carry out are with compliance with local authority requirements, codes and building standards.

Close monitoring of timeline and contractor's work progress.

Quality control of contractor workmanship.

Prepare and monitor progress claims for completed works.

Planning and implementation of project schedule.

Monitor approved budgetary cost and variation order.

Recommend training for subordinates to improve and upgrade professionalism, technical and Management skills within the department.

Proven ability to chair meetings with Client, Consultants, Contractors and document outcomes.

Implementing the company procedures and policies.

Create working relationships and managing staff



Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management or equivalent.

At least 10 years’ work experience in the construction industry with direct involvement in managing projects (Especially involving in prefab / modular work at site).

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

High level of integrity drives and result oriented.
