LAND SURVEYOR

(Work Location: Penang)



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role

Proficiency in survey software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Total Station, GPS equipment)

Strong understanding of land laws, regulations, and mapping procedures

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Valid surveyor license or certification is a plus

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct land surveys and collect precise data using modern surveying tools

Prepare survey reports, maps, and legal land descriptions

Collaborate with project teams including engineers and architects

Ensure all survey activities adhere to legal standards and safety regulations
