💼 Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Livestream Operation Executive in managing day to day livestream activities.
• Work closely with Live Hosts during sessions and engage with the audience to create an interactive and positive experience.
• Update, track, and organize livestream data, including performance metrics and audience engagement.
• Monitor livestream sessions and provide feedback reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
• Record and follow up on livestream issues and fan needs to continuously improve engagement and performance.
• Ensure proper coordination between livestream sessions and daily store activities to align with overall strategies.
• Operate livestream equipment (cameras, lighting, and screens) and be familiar with OBS or similar software.

🎯 Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in livestream operations, E-Commerce, or related roles.
• Familiar with OBS or similar livestreaming software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
