As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of customized product orders, collaborating closely with teammates in sales and operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of quality.Job Responsibilities

Process custom UV printing & laser engraving production orders according to established standard operating procedures (SOP).

To work with teammates in Sales & Ops to complete customized job orders per client’s specifications/designs.

In charge of the production process end-to-end: from receiving order request, test-printing, artwork adjustments, production, to QC and fulfillment.

Manage, maintain, and oversee all components of production machine(s) & equipment, including liaising with supplier for any technical issues.

Perform QA for the finished product, order packaging, and fulfillment on daily basis.

What You Need To Have

Minimum 1 year work experience in the printing/production industry, preferably with UV printing/engraving machines, or similar equipment.

Certificate / Diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia, or related majors

Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop

Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills

Proficient in operating and troubleshooting printing machinery

Problem-solving and self-starter mindset

Preferred but not required: Basic Chinese proficiency (to communicate with China suppliers)
