Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations, retail campaigns, and sampling programs to strengthen brand presence in key accounts such as Watsons, SOGO, R Pharmacy, and any other key accounts assigned in future.

Coordinate with store promoters, suppliers, and internal creative teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and smooth event execution.

Conduct post-campaign evaluations including sales analysis, market observation, and competitor benchmarking to identify improvement areas.

Support administrative tasks such as PO processing, budget tracking, and stock coordination related to retail marketing.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance in-store engagement and consumer experience in alignment with WonderLab’s brand persona “Skin Reset | Be Iconic.” (for example)



Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

Experience: Open for Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.

1–3 years in marketing, brand activation, or retail operations .

Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multitask under tight deadlines.

Attributes: Energetic, hands-on, proactive team player with a passion for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle branding.

Advantage: Experience working with retail chains or in-store event setups (Watsons / Guardian / SOGO / pharmacy channels).
