RESPONSIBILITY:

Assist Site Agent and Project Manager in all quality aspect on structural and piling works.

Review and check the design from respective consultant.

Check all construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies.

Monitor site construction progress, safety & quality at site.

Responsible to check the drawing given by client / consultant and verify the dimension, material and etc.

To maintain good working relationship with Consultants at site

Liaison with internal department, consultant and contractor on technical/ site matters.

To trouble shoot technical problems that are delaying physical progress.

To attend site meetings with the client when deemed necessary.

Liaison between sub-contractors and the site mainly on piling and structural works

To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Site Agent.



REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

Must be a CIDB green card holder.

At least 1-2 years working experience in similar position or related working experience.

Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin and Computer literate. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
