Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development of a fintech platform for the Pension industry;
• Responsible for UAT for web-based applications, and system-generated correspondence;
• Identify operational inefficiencies, advise senior management on insights, and work with the project team to implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability;
• Handle day-to-day operations of the pension department including but not limited to data entry, report preparation and follow up with clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery after services in operation;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service/document delivery and execution of platform releases and updates;
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in pension services, fintech, or investment-related industry;
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is considered a plus.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• Experience in pension is preferred;
• Familiar with operational requirements, regulatory compliance, and all the related technology trends and challenges;
• Attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment;
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Executive, ORSO ePension Services;
• Able to work on Malaysia Public Holidays;
