Manager - Retail / Arcade / Entertainment

Salary: RM 4500 - RM 6000

Training Period: 4 Months



Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets, analyze performance data, and control costs to drive store profitability.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.

Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising.

Maintain store compliance with all company standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.



Requirements:

Min. 2 years experience in retail (Fashion/F&B) or customer-facing roles.

Experience leading a team of 5 or more staff.

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

Basic computer literacy.

Must be able to work 6 days a week, including weekends.

Possess own transport.
