Responsibilities:
-To operate lathe machine, milling machine, grinding machine and saw cutting machine independently.
-Read and understand CAD drawings and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings and machining methods and sequences.
-To design and build JIGS, Fixtures and Mould Stamping for newly developed products.
-Carry up tooling preventive maintenance regularly.
-Troubleshoot and repair the tooling for production line.
-Carry up continuous tooling improvement activities.
-Support machine change over.
-Check and test new receiving tooling before transferring to production line.
-Implement 5S and Kaizen activities continuously.
-Suggest new tooling design and modification to existing tooling when required.
-To establish or review safety work procedures in order to ensure all works performed are compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-Hands on experience in JIG and Fixture fabrication and Mould Stamping.
-Experience to operate vertical milling machine, precision lathe machine and surface grinding machine.
-SPM, Diploma or DVM in mechanical engineering or any similar field.
-Possessed 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Familiar with Solidworks / Autodesk
-Good in verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
