What you'll be doing
-Assist in handling daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and filing
-Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
-Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
-Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
-Support audit and tax preparation activities
-Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
-Liaise with internal departments and external parties when required

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or a related field
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
