Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee the entire cycle of the Recruitment and Selection for UCSI Group of Companies.
-Responsible for the entire recruitment process. This includes recruitment and selection by working with online job portals, LinkedIn and employee referral program.
-Prepare candidate assessment reports and making professional recommendations.
-Coordinate recruitment activity and conduct joint interviews with the Head of School / Head of Department (inclusive of subsidiary companies).
-Conduct character reference check on recommended/successful candidate.
-Prepare Offer Letter / Contract for incoming staff and to ensure that it is signed and returned by the appointed staff before the date of commencement.
-Prepare Contracts to Lecturers and to ensure that the contracts are issued to them prior to commencement of the semester.
-Compile candidate database and produce creative ideas in candidate recruitment.
-To participate and engage in recruitment drives organized by the group ie. career exhibition, seminars.
-To perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any discipline.
-General understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.
-Outstanding communication ability (both Malay and English).
-Goal orientated, good team player and able to handle multiple priorities.
-Tenacious problem solver, able to work to deadlines and targets.
-Organized and methodical with a keen eye for detail.
-Computer, technology and social media savvy.
