Job Description
-Create and launch successful ads campaigns across multiple platforms.
-Optimize ad performance through data analysis and strategy adjustments.
-Scale up advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
-Must be able to work with designers to plan and produce marketing materials (photos/videos).
-Monitor and report on ad performance metrics.
-Ensure ad campaigns achieve set objectives and surpass targets.


Requirements
-No strict academic qualifications required, but a degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.
-Min 1 year of related work experience in planning & executing Facebook Ads Campaign.
-Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and other advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads).
-Experience with marketing tools for data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or similar).
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions and data-driven mindset with a keen understanding of the factors behind metrics and performance trends.
-Ability to manage multiple campaigns, comfortable with repetitive tasks, able to maintain focus on detail-oriented work and meet deadlines.
-Curious and proactive, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new strategies, test hypotheses, and learn from outcomes.
