Job Description
-Plan, create, and launch effective digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
-Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize for better ROI.
-Work closely with designers and content creators to produce engaging ads and creatives (photos/videos).
-Deliver weekly performance reports and growth insights, translate data into actionable creative and targeting strategies and track key KPIs — CTR, CPL, ROAS, and Cost per Result.
-Build and launch full-funnel campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including pixel setup, conversion tracking, creative testing frameworks, and structured monthly budget planning.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to maximize ROAS, ensuring real-time adjustments to bidding, audiences, budgets, and creative delivery.
- Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, formats, and placements to improve CTR, reduce CPA, and increase conversion volume.

Requirements
-Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Facebook Ads Campaigns (Google Ads experience is a plus). Fresh graduates with strong interest in digital marketing are also highly encouraged to apply.
-Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and data tools (Excel or similar).
-Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented — you love testing, optimizing, and learning from results.
