Job Description
-Lead the creation and delivery of high-impact design solutions across marketing campaigns, websites, social media, landing pages, and in-game assets.
-Partner closely with marketing, product, and UI/UX teams to translate strategy into cohesive, on-brand visual experiences across all touchpoints.
-Conceptualize and produce compelling promotional banners, digital ads, key visuals, event campaigns, and motion graphics that drive engagement and performance.
Define and evolve the visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency, quality, and scalability across all -communication channels.
-Mentor and support junior designers through hands-on creative direction, constructive feedback, and quality review of team deliverables.
-Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and digital marketing innovations to continuously elevate creative output.
-Efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities, delivering exceptional work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related study field/area.
-At least 3 years of hands-on professional design experience, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or digital marketing environments.
-A strong sense and exist portfolio showcasing high-quality, creative digital work across web, social, and mobile platforms.
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
-Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and 3D assets is a strong advantage.
-Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, with an emphasis on performance- and conversion-driven design.
-Excellent command of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy, with a sharp eye for detail.
-Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Self-driven, well-organized, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
