Key Responsibilities:
-Design custom illustrations and graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, and other digital platforms to engage our audience.
-Develop eye-catching retail callouts, signage, and in-store visuals that drive customer attention and sales.
-Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
-Brainstorm and create original concepts that resonate with target customers and convey brand messaging.
-Adapt designs for various formats, including print, digital, and in-store displays, maintaining consistency across all mediums.
-Stay up-to-date with design trends, illustration styles, and competitor visuals to keep our brand relevant and appealing.

Job Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong illustration skills.
-Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
-Experience in designing for social media, retail, or advertising is highly preferred.
-Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of composition, color, and typography.
-Ability to adapt creative concepts across different platforms and formats.
-Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
