Job Description:

1) Basic machine setup Die Attach,Wirebond, Basic aligner,Hotbar, INJ and Xray

2) Responsible for sustaining, improving, and optimizing FOL processes and equipment to ensure stable production, high yield, and zero downtime.

3) Perform daily machine startup, warm-up, calibration, and readiness checks

4) Support day-to-day MOL production tools and respond to machine downtime.

5)Good problem-solving skills and data analysis knowledge.

6) Provide technical support for SFA equipment

7)Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, shutdown, FA/IC reports)

8) Escalate major machine or process issues to SV.

9)Good hands-on and communication skills.

10) Provide support on any tasks assigned by immediate SV

11) Maintain PM checklist and ensure good 5S around machine area.

12)Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.

13) Willing to work on shift rotation and support urgent production needs and work in clean room.



Requirements:

Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronics/Materials/Mechanical Engineering and have experience minimum 2 years.
