Job Descriptions:

Perform regular data reporting and analysis on operational costs and quality performance to identify errors, inefficiencies, and abnormal trends.

Analyze operational and quality data to support investigations and recommend corrective actions when required.

Conduct CCTV monitoring to ensure all staff strictly comply with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), including unloading, receiving, sorting, and loading of parcels.

Identify quality-related issues, process deviations, and cost-impacting practices, and escalate findings to the Manager for timely action.

Document, track, and follow up on quality incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution outcomes.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Finance, etc.) to resolve recurring quality and cost issues and drive continuous improvement.

Prepare periodic quality and cost analysis reports for management review.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced or Higher Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, quality control, operations, or related fields.

Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

Possess basic computer and data analysis skills, including Microsoft Excel (e.g. data entry, basic formulas, Pivot Table is a plus).

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify anomalies and interpret data accurately.
