Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop expansion plans based on company targets, integrate resources, and accomplish the courier station expansion goals.
2. Responsible for franchising and business development of courier stations within the assigned region.
3. Establish and maintain business relationships with partners in the region.
4. Promote and implement commercial business operations of courier stations in the region.



Requirements:

1. Diploma or above, aged 25–35, with relevant work experience.
2. Candidates with experience in the courier industry, FMCG/offline retail channel sales, or internet offline promotion are preferred.
3. Strong execution ability, detail-oriented and practical, with high work enthusiasm and good communication skills; able to quickly implement ideas and plans.
4. Passionate about developing a career in the courier/logistics industry, enthusiastic about business development, and willing to take on high-income challenges.
5. Strong stress tolerance, valid driver’s license, able to drive; owning a vehicle and being able to adapt to frequent business trips is preferred.

岗位职责
- 根据公司指定的目标要求，制定拓展方案，整合资源完成快递驿站拓展目标；
- 负责区域内区域内快递驿站的招商加盟拓展及管理;
- 负责区域内合作伙伴商务关系的建立和维护;
- 负责区域内快递驿站商业业务的落地推广。


岗位要求
- 大专及以上学历，年龄25-35岁，有一定工作经验;
- 有快递从业经验、快消等线下零售渠道销售经验或者互联网线下地推经验者优先;
- 有较强的执行力，做事认真踏实，具备高度的工作热情，良好的沟通能力，能够将想法和规划快速落地执行;
- 有志于在快递行业发展，对商务拓展工作充满热情，敢于挑战高薪；
- 抗压能力强，有驾照，会开车，自有机动车，可适应高频出差优先。
