Full job description
Responsibilities:

Established mobile gadget stores

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices.

Replace components like screens and batteries.

Perform software updates and installations.

Communicate effectively to explain technical issues and solutions to customers.

Actively listen to customer needs and feedback for accurate problem-solving.

Job Requirement:

Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English, and Mandarin to converse with all language speaking customers

Self-starter, positive thinking, and presentable.

Willing to work on shift – including public holidays and able to work independently as part of a team

Familiarity with mobile operating systems, especially Android

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mobile Technician.

Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently.

SPM qualification or equivalent.
