We are looking for a technically exceptional, hands-on Senior Developer to join our engineering team. We are not looking for a manager; we need a true engineer-someone whose code demonstrates seniority through structure, efficiency, and clarity.

You will be architecting and building robust systems using PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, and MySQL. This role offers a Hybrid working structure, balancing focused remote work with onsite collaboration.

The Technical Standard

Clean Code & Architecture: You don't just write code that works; you write code that lasts. You are deeply familiar with SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

PHP & Laravel Mastery: You understand the framework deeply (Service Containers, Middleware, Events) but possess the discipline to keep business logic decoupled from the framework.

Strong TypeScript: You leverage TypeScript to enforce strict typing, reducing runtime errors and creating maintainable frontend/backend logic.

Database Performance: You are proficient in MySQL-capable of writing complex queries, analyzing execution plans, and optimizing indexes for scale.

Responsibilities

Hands-on Development: 80-90% of your time is spent designing, coding, and testing high-performance features.

Code Review: Rigorous code reviews are part of our culture. You will act as a gatekeeper for code quality.

Refactoring: Proactively identify technical debt and refactor legacy code into modern, clean implementations.

Hybrid Collaboration: Participate in onsite architectural planning sessions and sprint meetings [Insert Schedule, e.g., 2 days a week], while executing deep-focus coding tasks remotely.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of commercial development experience.
