What you'll be doing
-Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimise costs, quality and delivery timelines
-Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to secure favourable terms
-Monitor and analyse purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
-Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components and services required for production
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing activities with business objectives
-Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels
-Lead, motivate and develop the purchasing team to continuously enhance performance

What we're looking for
-Significant experience (5+ years) in a purchasing or procurement management role
-Mandarin language is mandatory to liase swith Supplier & Customers
-Strong negotiation and supplier management skills to secure favourable contracts
-Proficient in data analysis and interpreting purchasing trends to drive strategic decisions
-Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and implement process improvements
-Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and develop a team of purchasing professionals
-Familiarity with inventory management principles and effective stock control practices
-Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field
