Key Responsibilities:
-Manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (AdWords) and other performance channels.
-Own end-to-end PPC campaign components including ad copy, bid strategies, keyword research, CPC, CPA, and conversion optimization.
-Execute and support performance marketing strategies through ongoing testing, optimization, and refinement of campaigns.
-Monitor daily campaign performance to ensure spend efficiency, budget pacing, and performance targets are met.
-Track conversions, account balances, and campaign budgets to ensure accuracy and optimization of ROI.
-Analyze performance data and produce clear performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.
-Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency through automation tools, new technologies, and emerging SEM capabilities.
-Work within structured processes, recurring workloads, and defined SLAs to ensure consistent delivery and execution quality.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
-Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or sales-driven marketing roles.
-Hands-on exposure to PPC / paid advertising platforms, preferably Google Ads.
