Duties & Responsibilities:
-Recommend process improvement to enhance the productivity and quality
-Investigate problem, analyse root cause and define resolution
-Plan and assign the daily job duties for worker
-Ensure all the manpower raw material and machinery are fully utilizing
-Ensure the production team meet the commitment order
-Plan and arrange the machinery maintenance and servicing to minimize the production down time
-Undertake any other job when assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:
-at-least 2 years experience in production industry will be added advantage
-willing to work in Yong Peng
