What you’ll achieve
As a Customer/Technical Training Analyst, you will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that support business growth and learning.

You will:

Support the coordination and execution of external training-related events, webinars, and workshops for partners and customers through content creation, visual designs, simulations, and application development

Support visual designs and content for web-related content and social campaigns

Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.

Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions

Partners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Gaming Design or a related field

Productivity and excellent communications skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information


Desirable Requirements

Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization

Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management
