Job Description;

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to hotel recipes and standards

Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to hotel guests

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other barista equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, service area, and equipment

Handle guest inquiries, preferences, and special requests courteously

Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed at all times

Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies; report shortages to supervisors

Process orders accurately using POS systems and handle payments when required

Assist with upselling beverages, pastries, and promotional items

Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and service procedures
